Who does TGIE work with?
Three audiences: research labs and PhD scholars who need field-ready custom hardware; founders and academic spin-offs taking a validated prototype to launch; and industrial and OEM clients who need heavy structural fabrication with single-source accountability. Across India and internationally.
What are the four pillars?

Do I retain ownership of the IP?
Yes. 100%. On milestone completion you receive complete CAD/STEP files, manufacturing-ready Gerber packages, fully commented firmware source, a detailed BOM, and unrestricted rights to document, publish, and patent.
Do you do heavy industrial fabrication?
Yes. Our fabrication arm is ISO 9001:2015 certified and processes roughly 200 tonnes a month: laser and plasma cutting, a 320-ton CNC press brake, and certified GMAW/SMAW welding. Clients issue a single Purchase Order and we manage RFQ through logistics, delivering mill certificates, Welding Procedure Specifications, and test reports alongside the finished units.
Can additive manufacturing replace injection molding?
For low volumes, yes. That's the point. Additive manufacturing removes the high upfront tooling cost and multi-week lead time of injection molding, which is a direct advantage for hardware startups and industrial clients optimizing unit cost before they commit to a mold.
Can you handle company incorporation?
We coordinate incorporation across India (Pvt Ltd / LLP, MSME, GST, DPIIT), Dubai/UAE (free zone & mainland), and the USA (Delaware/Wyoming C-Corp or LLC, EIN). This is coordinated with licensed CA/CS and corporate-law partners. We act as the technical and project-management bridge, not a substitute for licensed legal counsel.
How is a project structured?
Through a four-phase lifecycle: Proof of Concept, Engineering Validation, Design Validation, and Launch Readiness, mapped to grant disbursement stages, milestone defenses, and launch timelines.
Where are you based?
Thirumudivakkam, Chennai. The prototyping lab and the fabrication operation share one base, a short drive from major campus clusters. You're welcome to work in-house with our engineers for real-time collaboration and hands-on oversight.
